He served some of the world’s most respected brands from Apple to BNY Mellon and Greenpeace in New York City, Amsterdam, Berlin and Mumbai. At Building Sense, he unites specialists across various sectors to create user-friendly, AI-driven solutions, to streamline workflows and meet diverse stakeholder needs.
David Coble

CHIEF GOVT. Affairs Officer
David steers clients through zoning and land development in the Charlotte region, securing approvals for hundreds of millions dollars in projects. He leverages 20+ years of experience in M&A, tech, and public service to deliver comprehensive solutions. David served as an elected Town Commissioner in Mooresville, NC as well as Vice Chairman of the 10th Congressional District.
